I hired Turiya to sell my house in Carmel Valley because she did such a fantastic job of selling my Capitola condo. Yet again, she did not disappoint. Turiya is always very hard-working, trustworthy, and dedicated. I live in Colorado and was not present to handle all the logistics of selling a home (ie. staging, painting, inspections, etc.). If I could give Turiya 10 stars I would. She is knowledgeable, driven, and honest, and is a joy to work with. My husband and I had no idea where to start when looking for a home and Turiya was patient to walk us through the process every step of the way. She knew the inventory inside and out and even kept her eye on off-market properties to stay ahead of the game. Turiya was extremely knowledgeable, always available, and friendly but at low pressure. We looked for property for a while in the Redwoods and eventually gave up, because in Santa Cruz County there is very little available for sale, ever. Turiya, however, kept looking, and a few months later sent us a suggestion which we took a look at just for the heck of it. It was a perfect acre in the trees, and two weeks later our offer for it was accepted. We live in the forest now, thanks to her!
